Our services begin with a free Nursing consultation and assessment. This is arranged to take place in your home or other location convenient to you at a time of your choosing. During this visit, we will discuss what services you are interested in. We can also help evaluate your home setting and make suggestions for safety and convenience.

Our Case Managers will discuss exactly how our services will work for you including our fee structure. This visit is done free of charge with no obligation for future services. We can also connect you with additional community resources such as delivery of meals, respite and day care options, relocation options, etc.
