At New Horizons In-Home Care all of our staff has been professionally interviewed and passed a thorough screening which includes reference verification, criminal background check, and drug screen. Prior to being assigned to a client all employees are also required to complete a company orientation and training program.

Because of our expertise in the hiring and training of staff, we retain the most experienced and caring staff to provide the services we offer. Whether assistance is needed on an on-going basis or for just a short time, our qualified caregivers will be there to help you.

At New Horizons In-Home Care, you will be assigned a Nurse Case Manager who will oversee the services provided to you including training and supervising of the staff working with you. The cost for this valuable and essential part of your in-home care plan is included in the services you arrange for and provided at no additional expense to you.

Personal Care Assistants and CNA’s (Certified Nursing Assistant) can help with all the tasks mentioned above and also assist you with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and medication assistance and medication management.

New Horizons In-Home Care also has an excellent team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses who can provide skilled nursing care to you in your home. We have an expert team of nurses who can help you Diabetic care, wound care, pediatric care, hospice and other skilled nursing services. In situations where a Home Health or Hospice Agency is involved, we work closely to supplement their services.
