Services
Medical and non-medical assistance in your home
During your free no obligation consultation and assessment, options for services will be discussed and an individual service plan, specifically with your needs and preferences in mind, will be developed with you.
With New Horizons In-Home Care, you will have the assurance of knowing that we have a large staff of experienced and thoroughly screened staff which we will personally select for your care. Our Nurses and case management team will continue to supervise the staff and be available for you.
We can offer these services in your home as much or as little as you like and you will pay only for the amount of care you need. Our quality services will continue to include ongoing case management by a Nurse and are flexible so they can be increased or decreased as needed. Depending on the type of care you need, New Horizons In-Home Care has a wide variety of services, all performed by qualified & experienced staff members.
